What you can expect

The Zoom Executive Briefing Program creates strategic, customer-centric experiences showcasing Zoom's capabilities.

As the Tokyo-based Briefing Manager, you'll deliver customized, world-class briefings for customers, working closely with account teams to focus on client business outcomes.

This role involves comprehensive planning and white-glove support for virtual, hybrid, and in-person engagements, managing briefing strategy with sales and cross-functional teams.

You'll report to the Head of EBC and Value Advisory in San Jose, US.

Responsibilities

Design and manage customized executive briefings for strategic accounts, focusing on business outcomes and relationship opportunities
Own end-to-end customer experience for virtual and hybrid briefings, including logistics, content development, and technical execution
Lead preparation with discussion leaders and account teams, developing effective agendas based on customer business initiatives and Zoom solutions
Facilitate briefing discussions, provide post-briefing analysis, and conduct follow-up communications to track impact on sales success
Strategically recommend and schedule appropriate speakers based on their expertise, while evangelizing the EBC program to target priority accounts
Identify process improvement opportunities and lead projects to enhance program offerings while troubleshooting issues in real-time

Qualifications

5+ years of relevant work experience
Exceptional communication skills including presentation, storytelling, interpersonal abilities, and diplomatic stakeholder management
Strong technical proficiency with Zoom products, conference room software, SFDC, and Marketing CRM systems
Proven experience with in-person and hybrid executive briefings or events
Strategic mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities and adaptability to provide creative solutions
Customer-obsessed approach with deep understanding of sales processes and willingness to go above and beyond for stakeholder satisfaction

Skills/Experience You Are Required

Demonstrated experience in working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment while performing well under pressure/deadlines
Ability to manage responsibilities independently and work with minimal supervision

Knowledge in the following tools:
Microsoft Office Suite, Gsuite, Salesforce, and Zoom
Background in project management or event management

求めるスキル/ご経験

5年以上の関連職務経験
プレゼンテーション、ストーリーテリング、対人能力、外交的なステークホルダー管理を含む優れたコミュニケーションスキル
Zoom製品、会議室ソフトウェア、SFDC、マーケティングCRMシステムに関する高い技術的習熟度
対面およびハイブリッドエグゼクティブブリーフィングまたはイベントの実績
優れた問題解決能力と創造的なソリューションを提供するための適応力を備えた戦略的思考
営業プロセスへの深い理解とステークホルダー満足のために最善を尽くす顧客重視のアプローチ
優れたパフォーマンスを発揮しながら、ダイナミックで速いペースの環境で成果を出された経験
裁量ある状態で自律して職務を果たせる方
