As a Junior Network Assistant Consultant, you will support network operations and infrastructure activities related to store and office environments.
You will work closely with network engineers, internal stakeholders, end-users, and external vendors to ensure the smooth execution of network-related tasks, both from a technical and operational perspective.
This role offers hands-on exposure to network operations, physical infrastructure execution, and international collaboration, making it an excellent opportunity to build a strong foundation in IT and network consulting.
Technical & Solution Support
Assist in preparing and managing standard stores, including openings, closures, and relocations
Develop and maintain network documentation such as architecture diagrams, configuration standards, and operational procedures
Collaborate with internal stakeholders, end-users, and external vendors to ensure smooth network operations
Support existing customer network connections in coordination with network engineers
Operational & Physical Execution
Perform physical installation, connection, removal, and decommissioning of network equipment
Execute on-site tasks related to office and warehouse environments, including cabling and rack management
Provide technical support during store setup, relocation, and closure activities
Collaboration & Communication
Engage with end-users and global IT teams to resolve incidents and support maintenance activities
Work effectively within a cross-functional and international team environment
Act as a reliable point of contact for technical coordination and operational follow-up
Your profile
Strong foundational knowledge of networking principles and basic troubleshooting
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Visio for documentation and reporting
Excellent communication skills in English (business level) and Japanese (fluent, written and spoken)
Ability to collaborate efficiently in a global and multicultural team environment
Previous experience in infrastructure, network, or IT support environments is a plus
Strong attention to detail, good organizational skills, and a service-oriented mindset
