As the Team Lead for the Presentations Team in our Investment Banking division, you will manage a group of specialists who create high-quality client presentations.
In this role, you will:
Lead and guide the Tokyo-based presentations team, ensuring smooth workflow and quality control.
Coordinate with regional and global teams to share updates and best practices.
Oversee the production of client-ready PowerPoint presentations and pitchbooks.
Provide training on presentation standards, tools, and branding updates.
Support onboarding and development of new team members.

You will join a specialized presentations team that works closely with bankers on important client projects. The team collaborates with colleagues across Asia and globally to deliver consistent, professional, and impactful presentations. This is a fast-paced, high-standard environment where precision and creativity are essential.
Your expertise
Strong experience in presentation design and production, ideally in banking or professional services.
Advanced skills in PowerPoint and Excel, with excellent attention to detail and design.
Proven ability to lead a team and manage multiple projects effectively.
Strong communication skills in Japanese and English.
Familiarity with presentation template tools is an advantage.
High motivation and a proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
