Your role

As the Lead of the Japan Presentation Team in Global Banking (Investment Banking)Japan, you will oversee the Tokyo-based presentation specialists who support bankers by creating high-impact PowerPoint materials for client meetings.

You will also act as a key liaison between the Japan team and APAC/global presentation teams, ensuring alignment, consistency, and timely information sharing.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with APAC and global presentation teams to share updates, best practices, and process improvements.
Monitor UBS branding and template updates, and ensure timely communication and implementation within the Japan team.
Conduct training sessions for to GB bankers on branding changes, new tools, and presentation standards.
Oversee formatting and production of client-facing pitchbooks and presentations, ensuring consistency with UBS brand guidelines.
Coordinate with compliance and legal teams to ensure disclaimers and regulatory elements are correctly applied.
Support onboarding and training for new joiners and interns on presentation tools and UBS standards.

Your team
You will be working in Japan Presentation Team in Global Banking (Investment Banking).

Your expertise

Strong expertise in PowerPoint presentation creation and formatting.
Experience working in a fast-paced financial services environment.
Excellent communication skills in Japanese; English language proficiency is a plus.
Proven ability to lead teams and collaborate across regions.
Familiarity with UBS branding, compliance, and presentation tools
Experience in training delivery and stakeholder engagement.
