仕事内容:
長年経営している会員制個室BARのマネージャー/店長候補の求人をオープンいたしました。
新規事業のスタートにより、経営陣の配置に変更があったため、店長候補を設置することが決定したため新しく求人をオープンしました。

【主な仕事内容】
- 通常業務全般(接客や配膳等)
- アルバイトや社員スタッフのマネジメント
- 業務改善(業務効率化や外部サービス導入の検討など)
- 顧客管理
- 利益管理
- 経営陣の補助(予算策定や業務改善のサポート)
〇当店について
大企業の社長や有名な実業家、著名な投資家などが会員様として登録している、完全会員制のバーとなります。会員ハードルは高めに設定しており、保有資産1億円以上の方がターゲットとなります。そのため他会員制店舗とは異なり、富裕層に限定されているのが特徴です。
〇職務について
特にお任せしたい業務は、店舗全体の管理/利益の管理です。店舗のリーダーとして、業務の効率化や新しいシステムの検討など、全体のクオリティを上げるために、運営にかかわるすべての業務を管理していただきます。
経営陣との距離が近いので、細かい内容をすり合わせながら仕事を進められるのが特徴です。

ビルごと借り上げており、店内で上下階に移動できる内装となっています。ルームバーと謳うだけあり、カラオケができる個室5部屋をメインに運営しているバーです。

内装を手掛けたのは、西麻布や六本木の高級店舗を複数店舗手がけた有名デザイナーで、いい意味でギラギラしておらず、別荘や邸宅のような落ち着いた内装イメージとなっています。洗練されたセキュアな空間と最高級のサービスを楽しんでいただくコンセプトです。個室以外には、バーカウンター4席とボックス席1席の用意がございます。
また、当店はバーとして深夜営業許可の届出を提出しております。キャバクラ業態とは異なり、朝まで営業しているバー業態ですのでご安心ください。

勤務時間・曜日:
休暇制度:週休2日のシフト制(夏季休暇・年末年始等の長期休暇有)
