仕事内容:

\新規出店を主導する"店舗開発・物件開発のプロ"へ/

当社が展開する飲食ブランドの成長を支える、店舗開発・物件開発(不動産開発)ポジションの募集です。

マーケットリサーチから物件調査、オーナー交渉、契約締結、出店後のフォローまで、新規出店プロジェクトを一貫してリードしていただきます。

飲食店の拡大に欠かせない「立地戦略」を担い、事業成長の中核を担う重要ポジションです。

【具体的な業務内容】

・新規出店候補地の情報収集、商圏分析

(人流分析/競合調査/売上予測など)

・ビルイン/路面店/商業施設/ロードサイド物件の開拓

・不動産会社、物件オーナー、管理会社との折衝・条件交渉

・賃料交渉、契約条件の調整、契約締結業務

・出店可否の判断、収支シミュレーション・事業計画作成

・設計・施工部門との連携、出店までの進行管理

・オープン後のオーナーリレーション構築、改善提案

※ 物件選定〜オープン後フォローまで一気通貫で関われる裁量の大きな環境です。

関東圏(東京都・神奈川県・千葉県・埼玉県)を中心に担当していただきます。
