株式会社IMAGINATIONの人事・労務業務を中心にご担当いただきます。

現在成長フェーズにある当社で、採用・評価・労務など「会社の土台」を支える重要なポジションです。

代表・本部長と距離が近く、「決まったことを淡々とこなす」だけでなく、

制度づくり・改善提案にも関われる環境です。

具体的な業務内容

・採用業務

(求人作成、応募対応、面接調整 など)

・入退社手続き、雇用契約書・人事関連書類の管理

・勤怠管理、労働時間・雇用形態に関する労務管理

・労務対応

(社員からの相談一次対応、社労士との連携)

・人事評価・目標設定・面談運営のサポート

・人事制度・運用フローの整備、改善提案

求めている人材


【必須条件】

  • 人事または労務いずれかの実務経験
  • 勤怠管理、雇用形態、労働時間など労務に関する基礎知識
  • 基本的なPCスキル(Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • 少人数〜中規模組織で、複数の人事・労務業務を並行して進めた経験
  • 守秘義務を守り、丁寧に業務を進められる方
  • 社内外と円滑にコミュニケーションが取れる方

  • ベンチャー/中小企業での人事・労務経験
  • 人事評価制度・運用フローに関わった経験
  • 社労士など外部顧問とのやり取り経験
  • 「決まっていないこと」を整理し、形にするのが得意な方
  • 韓国語に抵抗がない方(必須ではありません)

勤務時間詳細


実働時間:1日あたり8時間

平均勤務日数:1ヶ月あたり20日 〜 21日

  • 勤務時間
  • 10:00~19:00(休憩1時間)
  • フレックスタイム制
  • コアタイム有り 11:00~16:00

※残業は基本月20時間以内です。

給与詳細


※基本給・固定残業代・一律手当の総額

基本給:月給 21万7900円 〜

固定残業代:あり

1ヶ月あたり7万5400円 〜(固定残業時間:1ヶ月あたり45時間)

固定残業時間を超えた勤務時間については別途残業代を支給する

【一律手当】

全員に一律で支払われる通勤・皆勤・家族手当金額:なし

全員に一律で支払われるその他手当金額:あり

1ヶ月あたり6700円 〜

月給:300000円~

※経験やスキルは最大限考慮し、

給与を決定いたします。

※定額時間外手当(45時間分)75,400円~、

定額深夜手当(20時間分)6,700円~を含む
