仕事内容:

【業務内容】

既存の業務システム(BtoB向けWebアプリ)の機能追加および改修を担当します。

Ruby on Railsで構築されたコードを理解し、安定性と保守性を重視した開発を行います。

要件定義は別担当が行うため、設計〜実装フェーズが中心となります。

・既存Railsアプリケーションの機能追加・改修

・ActiveRecordを用いたデータベース設計・調整

・RSpecによる単体テストの実装

・業務ロジックが明確で理解しやすい構成

求める人材:

【必須スキル】

・Ruby on Railsでの開発経験(3年以上)

・Webアプリケーションの基本的な設計理解

・Gitを用いたチーム開発経験

・RDBを用いた開発経験(2年以上)、週2〜3日出社できる方

【尚可スキル】

・AWS環境での開発経験

・既存コードのリファクタリング経験

・業務系システムの開発経験

勤務時間・曜日:

平日週5日8時間

稼働時間:9時〜18時(就業先による)

休暇・休日:

・完全週休二日制(土日祝)
