Q. どんな施設での仕事ですか?

A. 超高層建築や大規模プロジェクトの現場で、スーパーゼネコンの一次請けとして施工管理を行います。

Q. 具体的に何をするの?

A. 現場管理・フィードバック、提案業務、デスクワーク、計画・書類作成など幅広い業務を担当します。職人さんとゼネコン担当者をつなぐ橋渡し役として活躍いただきます。

Q. 未経験でも大丈夫?

A. 2026年、2027年卒の新卒採用です。現場とオフィスの両方を経験しながら、工事全体をマネジメントできるスキルを段階的に習得できます。
