設備施工管理(未経験者・第二新卒採用)

Q1:未経験でも本当にできる?知識ゼロで不安です。

A:大丈夫です。「ゼロを前提にした6カ月研修+現場OJT」で育てます。

最初の6カ月は本社で、

・電気工事とは?

・図面の読み方

・現場の流れ

といった"基礎の基礎"から学べます。

現場に出てからも、最初は写真撮影や書類作成など、

「覚えやすい業務」からスタート。

Q2:どんな働き方になりますか?本当にホワイトなんですか?

A:残業20時間以内・夜勤なし。働き方を"普通の状態"に戻せます。

当社が徹底しているのは、

「深夜・長時間に頼らない働き方」。

・月残業20h以下

・夜勤なし

・深夜呼び出しなし

工程管理や情報共有はiPadで完結し、

無理な予定が発生しないよう会社が全体でコントロール。

"働くことがしんどい状態"をリセットできます。

Q3:収入は安定していますか?賞与はありますか?

A:業績に左右されにくく、賞与も安定して支給されています。

当社では

・賞与年2回(7月・12月)+会社業績により決算賞与支給(過去5年以上連続支給)

という制度を継続。

施工管理は専門性が高く、公共案件や大手メーカー案件が中心なため、

景気の影響を受けにくい職種です。
