【仕事内容】
事業拡大に伴い、デジタル広告領域での運用・制作ディレクション体制を強化するため、
新たに広告ディレクターを募集します。
複数クライアントの課題解決をリードし、
成果にこだわる提案・運用を牽引していただきます。
【具体的には】
・お客様企業の課題に応じた、リスティング広告・ディプレイ広告/DSP・SNSソーシャル広告のプランニング(Yahoo、Google、Facebook(Instagram)、Twitter、LINEなど)及び運用分析
・戦略に基づいたプランニングの提案および資料作成
・アカウント設計、キーワード選定、入札、クリエイティブ、ランディングページ等の、効果の最大化に向けた運用方針の策定
・クライアント窓口対応(営業支援、顧客折衝)
・定期的な効果数値のチェック、改善施策の立案、オペレーターへの設定変更指示
・広告出稿ディレクション業務
・広告効果検証・分析及びレポートの作成
・既存・新規クライアントへのプレゼンテーション
【求める人材】
下記いずれか3年以上の実務経験
└リスティング広告、ディスプレイ広告/DSP、ソーシャル広告の運用実務経験
└クライアント向けのデジタル運用型広告の効果改善コンサルティング経験
・法人企業に対する提案・プレゼンテーション経験
・クライアント対応フロント経験
└レポーティング・日々の運用施策に対しての相談など

・デジタルマーケティング戦略立案経験
・OTTメディアの運用経験
・各種計測ツールを用いた分析経験
・年間1憶以上の案件運用・提案の経験 など
【給与】
年収600~800万円,※職務経験を考慮のうえ決定いたします。
