固定時間制

実働時間:1日あたり7時間30分

08:50 ~ 17:50

  • 残業は月平均15~25時間程度。

定時(17:50)退社も可能です。

  • 仕事の段取りは自分次第。

プライベートの予定も

給与


年収 円 ~

月給 250000円 ~

月給 250,000円 ~ + インセンティブ + 賞与年2回

※給与額には基本給+各種手当が含まれます。

※超勤手当(残業代)は別途全額支給いたします。

・職能手当(社内で規定しているランクに応じて20,000円~80,000円)

・役職手当(役職者30,000円~50,000円)

・資格手当(整備士資格の級に応じて7,000円~15,000円)

※一律支給ではありません。従業員のランクに応じて変動いたします。

  • 成果は

インセンティブ(1台5,000円)や

昇給(車や保険の販売実績が昇給査定にも含まれます)

で正当に評価。

  • 頑張った分は、

年2回の賞与(業績連動)で

しっかり還元します。

試用期間の長さ:3ヶ月
