事業拡大に伴い、組織体制の強化が急務となっております。これまで以上に、採用活動における質と効率の向上が不可欠であり、戦略的な採用活動の重要性が増しています。同時に、社員一人ひとりの能力を最大限に引き出し、組織全体の成長を加速させるため、社内の人材育成体制の強化も喫緊の課題です。そのため、採用・育成の両面から組織を支え、会社の未来を創造していくコアメンバーとして活躍いただける採用担当を募集いたします。

【仕事内容】

新卒採用・中途採用・研修業務のいずれかを、ご経験・適性・ご志向性を踏まえて主担当としてお任せします。

入社時点で担当領域を固定するのではなく、まずは強みを活かせる業務から関わっていただき、段階的に担当範囲を広げていく想定です。

チームで役割分担しながら業務を進めるため、すべての業務を一人で担うことはありません。

新卒採用

・インターンシップの企画・運営

・会社説明会、選考(面談・面接)の実施

・内定者フォロー施策の企画・実施

・採用進捗管理、採用プロセス全体の改善検討

中途採用

・人材要件の整理、求人内容の検討

・人材紹介会社との連携・関係構築

・書類選考、面接・面談対応

・採用進捗管理、採用プロセスの改善

研修・育成

・社内研修の企画・運営サポート

・入社後フォロー、定着支援施策

アピールポイント:

当社では、一人ひとりが効率良く業務を進めることで、月平均残業時間は約20時間を実現しています。また、完全週休2日制(土日祝休み)&年間休日126日に加えて、月に一度の週休3日制も導入しております。

プライベートと仕事の両立がしやすく、9割以上の社員が制度を活用中。

有給休暇の平均取得日数は12日と、休みやすい環境が整っています。

・研修の企画・運営経験(新入社員研修/中途入社研修/管理職研修 など)

勤務時間・曜日:

勤務時間:8:50~17:30(実働7時間40分/休憩1時間)

完全週休二日制(土日祝)

月1回週休三日制

年1回リフレッシュ休暇制度(最大10日)

給与:

昇給年1回(4月)

グループ会社へ配属となる場合は、ヤマト科学株式会社との雇用契約を締結し、在籍出向という形となります。 雇用契約はヤマト科学株式会社との締結となりますので、配属先に関わらず雇用条件に差異は生じません。 <配属先候補> ・ヤマト科学商事株式会社 【その他条件について】 ・試用期間:3か月(期間中の条件変更はございません) ・時間外手当:別途支給 ・通勤交通費:当社規定に基づき支給 ・在宅勤務:原則不可(在宅ワークを基本とした勤務はできません)

給与・報酬: 210,000円 - 250,000円 月給
