【仕事内容】

新卒採用・中途採用・研修業務のいずれかを、ご経験・適性・ご志向性を踏まえて主担当としてお任せします。

入社時点で担当領域を固定するのではなく、まずは強みを活かせる業務から関わっていただき、段階的に担当範囲を広げていく想定です。

チームで役割分担しながら業務を進めるため、すべての業務を一人で担うことはありません。

新卒採用

・インターンシップの企画・運営

・会社説明会、選考(面談・面接)の実施

・内定者フォロー施策の企画・実施

・採用進捗管理、採用プロセス全体の改善検討

中途採用

・人材要件の整理、求人内容の検討

・人材紹介会社との連携・関係構築

・書類選考、面接・面談対応

・採用進捗管理、採用プロセスの改善

研修・育成

・社内研修の企画・運営サポート

・入社後フォロー、定着支援施策

当社では、一人ひとりが効率良く業務を進めることで、月平均残業時間は約20時間を実現しています。また、完全週休2日制(土日祝休み)&年間休日126日に加えて、月に一度の週休3日制も導入しております。

有給休暇の平均取得日数は12日と、休みやすい環境が整っています。

勤務時間:8:50~17:30(実働7時間40分/休憩1時間)
