職務内容/Job duties チーム紹介

中堅中小企業の事業成長の各ステージで直面する様々なニーズや課題に寄り添い、伴走型での幅広いご支援内容をご提供しています。

サポートメニューには、中期経営計画策定、市場調査分析、新規進出分野の検討等の経営上流のダイナミックな意思決定から、クライアントの現場課題整理、売上拡大施策立案、データ分析に基づく業務効率化、DX化やIT導入による業務変革、カスタマー需要の整理/分析などの実行支援業務まで幅広くキャリアを積むことが可能です。

コンサルティング業務を軸に、税務プロフェッショナル、経理プロフェッショナルをはじめとするグループの専門家と広く連携しながら、クライアントの課題解決にあたっていきます。

業務内容 / Responsibilities

中堅中小企業向けの事業成長支援に関わる以下の業務

・市場調査分析、中期経営計画策定

・新規進出分野の検討/実行支援

・クライアントの現場課題整理

・売上向上施策立案

・データ分析に基づく事業効率化

・DX化やIT導入による業務変革

・カスタマー需要の整理/分析

・企業内の部門再編/統合支援

・子会社設立、M&A後のPMI

Qualifications

  • ングファームにおいて、新規事業創出、市場調査分析、DX化/IT導入、子会社運営やPMI、現場実行支援等の7年以上の経験
  • 中小企業向けコンサルティング会社において、クライアントの代表者及び取締役との経営課題に関するコンサルティング及び実行支援等の7年以上の経験
  • スタートアップ企業で経営幹部としての経験(ビジネス領域)、もしくは、コンサルティング業などでの起業/運営を行った7年以上の経験
  • ぢ膽蟷
  • 業会社において、新規事業開発、市場調査分析、DX化/IT導入、子会社運営やPMI等を主体的にリードした7年以上の経験

・中堅中小企業の事業成長支援に対する強い意欲(理由があること)

・プロジェクトマネジメント経験

・Microsoft Excel・Word・PowerPoint の高いスキル

・ロジカルシンキング、ゼロベース思考が得意な方

・高いプロジェクトマネジメントスキル
