介護サービスを提供する企業で、ご利用者様・ご家族・介護士の間に立つサポート業務をお任せします。

・お問い合わせ対応

・介護士の手配、日程調整

・初回サービス前のご案内

・サービス提供後のフォロー

・請求に関する事務対応

・社内メンバーとの情報共有

※業務改善や提案は、慣れてから少しずつ関わっていただきます。

・正社員での就業経験

・PCスキル(Word/Excel)初級以上

・何らかのセールス・オペレーター・カスタマーサクセス・ヘルプデスクのご経験

┗ 新規 / 既存、toB / toC、有形 / 無形は不問

・介護、医療、看護、福祉、リハビリいずれかの業界経験

【歓迎】

・事業会社でのカスタマーサクセス業務の経験

・介護業界での管理・マネジメント業務の経験

・業務でのオンラインツール利用経験(Notion、Slack、Google Workspace、HubSpotなど)

※ 上記以外のツールでも「チームでの情報共有」や「問い合わせ管理」などに使った経験があれば歓迎です。

勤務時間・曜日:

3勤制(7:00~16:00 / 9:00~18:00 / 12:00~21:00)

【勤務曜日】

月~金(土日祝日休み)

給与:

固定残業代あり:年俸 ¥4,012,352 〜 ¥5,168,638は1か月当たりの固定残業代¥70,640〜¥90,997(40時間相当分)を含む。40時間を超える残業代は追加で支給する。

想定年収 4,012,352円〜5,168,638円

※想定年収はあくまでも目安の金額であり、選考を通じて上下の可能性有

・月給 296,688円〜382,188円

時間調整手当 70,640円〜90,997円(残業40h分含。超過分は別途支給)

・交通費あり(5,000円/日、50,000円/月まで)

・賞与:年2回(ただし業績・評価による)
