【仕事内容】
本ポジションでは、主に大手ゼネコンや現場責任者との折衝を通じて、以下を担当いただきます。
・顧客課題の深掘りと、Buildeeシリーズを中心とした最適なサービスの提案
・トライアル・導入フェーズでの支援設計、現場定着化のリード
・顧客の利用状況・ニーズに基づいたアップセル・クロスセルの企画・実行
・営業・CS・開発と連携し、提案資料・活用事例の型化やプロセス構築
・チーム運営における仕組み化/ナレッジ共有/KPI設計支援 など
【担当いただくサービス】
建設現場施工管理サービス「Buildee」シリーズは、スーパーゼネコンをはじめ大手ゼネコンを中心に、2024年で562社、21,656現場のユーザー様にご利用いただいております。現在は「調整会議」「労務安全」「入退場管理」の3サービスをリリースしていますが、まだまだラインナップを増やす予定です。

建設業界のDX(デジタルトランスフォーメーション)を推進するプラットフォーム事業を展開している同社。特に、第二の事業の柱として急拡大している建設現場施工管理サービス「Buildee」は、スーパーゼネコンをはじめ多くの企業に導入され、現場の生産性向上に大きく貢献しています。建設業界では人手不足の深刻化を背景にDXへの需要が高まっており、今後も新規サービスのリリースを予定するなど、事業はさらなる拡大フェーズにあります。そこで今回は、顧客課題に応じた最適な提案で事業成長を共に牽引してくださる、新たな営業メンバーを募集します。

【給与】
550万円〜650万円
月給制 基本給297000円〜
上記基本給に加え固定残業代(月20時間分として45450円以上)支給。固定残業時間を超える時間外労働分についての割増賃金は別途追加支給。
