【仕事内容】

利用者の方々の(障害や難病をお持ちの方)の

「安心した就業」と「自立した暮らし」を

サポートするお仕事です。

具体的には…

①就労支援・作業管理

利用者様が行う作業

(例:データ入力、検品、軽作業など)の指示出し、

技術指導、進捗管理を行います。

②相談・助言

利用者の方やご家族からの日々の困りごと、

悩み、不安などの相談に親身に耳を傾け、

一緒に解決を目指します。

③チームの連携・調整

利用者の方に最適な支援を行うため、

医師や他のスタッフ、ご家族などと

情報を共有し、連携をとります。

自立をサポートできる、

社会的貢献度の高い仕事です。
