【田舎の古民家リノベーションオフィスでの事業部運営・カスタマーサポート業務】

当社が運営するインターネットサービスにおいて、

カスタマーサポート業務を中心に、事業部運営全般を担っていただくポジションです。

将来的には、業務全体の管理・改善を担う責任者候補としての活躍を期待しています。

【具体的な仕事内容】

  • カスタマーサポート業務

・お客様からのお問い合わせ対応(電話・メール)

・サービス内容や手続きに関するご案内

・対応履歴の管理・整理

・トラブル・イレギュラー対応の一次判断

  • 事務・運営業務

・各種書類作成、データ入力、管理

・郵送物の発送準備・管理

・国への申請書類作成・確認業務

・業務フローの整理・改善提案

  • 事業部運営(将来的にお任せしたい業務)

・カスタマーサポート業務全体の把握・進行管理

・業務効率化・対応品質向上のための改善提案

・代表・他部署との連携、報告・相談

・事業部の安定運営に向けた主体的な業務遂行
