職務内容
- 製薬会社の製剤設計部門・購買部門への営業活動
- 製剤添加剤の提案・販売
- 顧客の製造課題に対する技術的なソリューション提案
- 海外本社との連携(英語でのメール・会議)
- 価格改定・契約交渉
- 新規顧客開拓および既存顧客の深耕
- 製品トレーニング・技術説明の実施(社内テクニカルチームと協働)
- 市場動向・競合情報の収集とレポート作成
理想の人材
- 製薬業界または医薬品原料・添加剤の営業経験
- BtoB営業経験
- 製剤設計者や購買部門との折衝経験
- 英語でのコミュニケーションが可能(メール・簡単な会話)
- 値上げ交渉や価格改定の経験
- 技術的な内容を理解し、顧客と議論できる力
