【仕事内容】

IT企業での総務・人事業務をお任せします。

現状は【総務1割:人事9割】で、特に採用業務が中心です。

詳細

<総務業務>

  • 社内備品・設備の管理
  • オフィス環境の整備(清掃・レイアウト・空調管理など)
  • 契約書・社内文書の管理
  • 福利厚生制度の運用・改善
  • 来客・電話対応など社外窓口業務

<人事業務>

  • 新卒・中途採用の企画・運営

(求人票作成、面接日程調整、応募者対応など)

  • 一次面接対応
  • 入退社手続き、雇用契約管理
  • 人事評価制度の運用サポート
  • 社員研修・教育制度の企画、実施
  • 勤怠管理、給与計算の補助

※社会保険手続きは社内対応、給与計算は外部委託です

※SNS運用(YouTube・TikTok等)に興味・経験がある方は歓迎

【必須】

  • 人事の実務経験(目安3年程度)
  • 基本的なPC操作(MicrosoftOffice)
  • メール・電話対応、ビジネスマナー

  • エンジニア採用の経験

  • 採用・労務・制度・研修いずれかの人事経験
  • 総務業務の経験

月給260000円〜400000円

  • 月給 260,000円 ~ 400,000円
  • 想定年収 3,120,000円 ~ 4,800,000円

上記額にはみなし残業代を含みます。

※超過分は全額支給いたします。

みなし残業代 61,900円~95,300円

みなし残業時間 40時間

※経験、能力を考慮して決定します

※残業は少なめで、平均10時間以下となっています
