仕事内容:

湘南地域を中心とした造園工事の現場でお任せするのは、樹木剪定、刈込、除草、運搬などの作業です。

藤沢市・茅ヶ崎市・平塚市・鎌倉市といった地元のエリアが中心で、転勤の心配もありません。

体力を必要とする仕事ですが、未経験の方も大歓迎。20代の若手が20名以上活躍しており、丁寧な指導のもと、一緒に成長できる職場環境が整っています。

将来的には現場職長として作業全般に関わったり、現場監督のサポート役として活躍することもできます。

資格取得と現場管理の経験を積むことで、現場監督への道も開かれています。完全週休2日制で土日祝休み、年間休日は122日、

残業も月平均20時間以内に抑えられているため、プライベートも大切にしながら仕事に集中できます。

仕事内容の詳細としては、土工事全般、ブロック積み、舗装等の外構工事といった幅広い業務を通じて、建設業のスキルをしっかり身につけることができます。

8時から17時の固定時間制で、実働7.5時間、休憩90分という安定した勤務体制です。
