【仕事概要】

日本に数台しかない高性能印刷機の

操作をして、お客様から頂いたデータを

販促ツールとなる布へプリントする制作オペレーター業務。

【仕事内容】

デジタルプリント事業部にて、

印刷オペレーターとしてものづくりに関わる業務を担当していただきます。

主な業務内容は以下の通りです。

・Adobe Illustrator、Photoshopを使用した印刷データの確認・簡単な調整(色調整など)

・大型インクジェットプリンターの操作

・生地原反(ロール生地)のセット作業

※幅約2.5mのロール生地を扱う作業があります

・ミシンを使った簡単な縫製・仕上げ作業

・印刷後の検品、カット、梱包作業

扱う製品は、

アニメ・キャラクター関連のグッズや装飾物、大手遊園地、有名ホテル、イベント会場などで使用されるのぼり旗・横断幕・装飾用ファブリックが中心です。

データが形になり、実際に街や施設で使われる仕事のため、完成した製品を目にしたときの達成感があります。

最初は先輩社員が必ず横につき、

機械操作・作業手順・安全面を

一から丁寧に教えますので、

未経験の方でも安心してスタートできます。

2~3年目:機械操作を一人で担当し、品質管理にも関与

東京・葛飾で約50年続く特殊印刷・ものづくりの会社です。

のぼり旗・横断幕・布製品などの販促ツールを中心に、デザインデータを"形ある製品"に仕上げる仕事を行っています。

日本に数台しかない印刷設備を扱い、

アナログとデジタルを組み合わせた印刷技術が強みです。

販促ツールはいろいろありますが

その中でも当社で制作しているものは

広告宣伝幕になります。

広告宣伝幕ご存知ですか?

イベント時の「のぼり旗」や

店舗の「タペストリー」、商業ビルの壁や

外灯にかかる「懸垂幕」、スポーツ応援に

欠かせない「横断幕」などの大小様々な

布製の印刷物になります。

私たちはそれらの広告宣伝幕を印刷・製作しています。

また、アパレル用途のテキスタイル印刷

内装のカーテン、のれん

雑貨類の小物入れ用の生地など

様々な分野の印刷物を行っております。

最近はアニメ系、キャラクター系のデザインを印刷することが多くあります。

高性能印刷機を使うため、社員全員が

未経験からのスタートしています。

1ヶ月あたり3万9375円(固定残業時間:1ヶ月あたり25時間)

【面接について】

1次面接は、私が担当します

当社では全員が未経験スタートしているので

モノづくり未経験の方でも

安心して始められる環境です。

髪色髪型・服装自由で自分らしく働けます。

また、衣服代として月5000円支給していますが、この手当の使い道はとやかく聞きませんので、衣服に限らず自由に使ってもらってOKです

夏場はタオルが欠かせませんが
