【業務内容】

大手製造業のアカウント(開発、保守)のドメインエキスパートとして、下記に携わっていただきます。

【想定プロジェクト】

新しいビジネスのテーマ選定、事業コンセプト、企画、戦略、調査分析、マーケティング、ビジネスモデル策定、ビジネスプラン策定、プロモーション、共創先の探索、デリバリ業務、等

【配属予定部署】

第一製造ソリューション統括部

【配属事業部の紹介】

関西を中心とした製造業の大手アカウントを対応するグループとなります。

組織内で様々なコミュニケーション施策が実施されており組織の風通しは非常によく、人材育成に組織的に取り組んでいます。

【プロジェクト人数】20名程度 (開発、保守含む)

言語:Java、PL/SQL、(VB.NET)

DB:Oracle

【必須要件】

・経験:SEとしてシステム開発経験5年以上

・スキル:概要設計~構築・テスト、導入工程の対応、基幹システム業務知識、コミュニケーション能力

【歓迎要件】

・製造業における生産/販売/購買/在庫管理/原価/会計等の業務知見(システム導入/実業務経験等)

・情報処理技術者試験資格保有者(基本/応用/高度)

・ビジネスキャリア検定(生産管理/経理)資格保有者

・商業/工業簿記資格保有者

【給与】

年収 683 ~ 939 万円

賞与年2回(管理職:年1回)、昇給年1回

ご経験などにより変動がございます。

なお、経験・スキルに応じて変動の可能性があります
