灯りを落としたビルの5階。

小さな看板に導かれて、扉を開けるとそこには、ひっそりと落ち着いた空間が広がります。

寿司 酒処 竜。

喧騒を離れた、大人のための隠れ家です。

カウンター5席、テーブルが2卓。

肩肘張らず、それでも上質な空気が漂うこの場所には、昔からの常連さんや、誰かの紹介でそっと訪れるお客様が集います。

寿司をつまみ、酒を酌み交わしながら、会話に花が咲く――。

このお店で大切にしているのは「静かな心地よさ」。

お客様のペースを大切にした接客、さりげない気配り。

日々の喧騒を忘れ、ゆったりとした時間を過ごしていただくこと。

【仕事内容】

おまかせするのは、ホール業務を中心としたお仕事です。

小さなお店だからこそ、一人ひとりのお客様に目が届き、

接客の楽しさをしっかり感じることができます。

また、厨房での簡単な調理補助もお手伝いいただきます。

お料理が仕上がる瞬間を間近で感じられるのも、このお店ならではの魅力です。

・お客様のお迎え、お席へのご案内

・ご注文のお伺い(静かに、丁寧に)

・ドリンク・お料理のご提供

・簡単な盛り付けや、調理のサポート

・簡単な洗い物や片付け

・テーブルの整備、清掃

・ご予約対応や、お会計の補助など
