本ポジションは、グローバルに展開する主要顧客(キーアカウント)を担当する営業スタッフとして、既存顧客との強固な信頼関係の構築から、戦略のローカライズ、ビジネス条件の交渉まで、営業フロントにおける重要業務を担っていただきます。
◆既存顧客との信頼関係の深化:
多国籍企業、リース会社、物流企業などの主要顧客に対し、継続的なフォローアップを実施。日本語および英語を駆使し、顧客の潜在的なニーズを汲み取りながら長期的なパートナーシップを築きます。
◆海外主要顧客への訪問と国際会議:
国際会議への出席や、海外の主要顧客を直接訪問することを通じたリレーション構築。現場での対話を通じて、グローバルな信頼関係を確固たるものにします。
◆戦略のローカライズと実行支援:
グローバル共通の営業目標を理解し、担当地域や顧客の特性に合わせて戦略を最適化。各地域のチームと密に連携し、戦略の着実な実行を支援します。
◆高額案件の交渉および国際規制の遵守:
ビジネス拡大に伴う大規模案件の条件折衝。国際的な規制やコンプライアンスの枠組みを理解・遵守した上で、最適なビジネス着地点を見出します。
◆市場分析とビジネスチャンスの創出:
市場の動向(例:企業の新規市場進出、物流網の再編など)をいち早くキャッチアップ。ニュースやデータを分析し、潜在的な車両需要を予測して具体的な提案活動へ繋げます。
◆パフォーマンス分析とレポート:
売上予測、パフォーマンス分析、および市場・競合他社のトレンドレポート作成を行い、次なる戦略に反映させます。
As a Sales Staff member in charge of Global Key Accounts, you will play a vital role at the forefront of our business. Your responsibilities will range from building strong relationships with clients to localizing strategies and negotiating business terms.
◆ Deepening Relationships with Existing Clients:
Conduct consistent follow-ups with major clients, including multinational corporations, leasing companies, and logistics providers. Utilize both Japanese and English to identify latent customer needs and foster long-term partnerships.
◆ Overseas Client Visits and International Conferences:
Build and strengthen relationships through participation in international conferences and direct visits to major overseas clients. Solidify global trust through face-to-face communication and on-the-ground engagement.
◆ Strategy Localization and Execution Support:
Understand global sales objectives and optimize strategies to align with the specific characteristics of assigned regions and clients. Work closely with local regional teams to support the steady execution of these strategies.
◆ Negotiation of High-Value Deals and Compliance with International Regulations:
Lead negotiations for business terms on large-scale projects driven by business expansion. Identify the optimal business outcomes while understanding and adhering to international regulations and compliance frameworks.
◆ Market Analysis and Creation of Business Opportunities:
Proactively stay informed on market trends (e.g., corporate entries into new markets, restructuring of logistics networks). Analyze news and data to forecast vehicle demand and translate these insights into concrete sales proposals.
◆ Performance Analysis and Reporting:
Conduct sales forecasting, performance analysis, and create trend reports on markets and competitors to reflect findings in future strategic planning.
