職務概要:

ネットワークエキスパートは、ネットワーク関連のすべてのトピックについて、地域内のビジネスパートナーへの窓口担当者となります。監査と各種KPIの追跡を通じて、地域内の卸売および小売ネットワークのモニタリングを担当します。また、地域におけるネットワーク戦略の策定と実施において、本社のネットワーク機能をサポートします。

主な職務

小売監査

• 本社の小売基準・コンサルティング・監査チームが提供するチェックリストとガイドラインに基づき、ディーラー監査を実施する。

• パートナーおよび社内のすべての関係者と共有する監査レポートを作成する。

• 市場におけるeモビリティ基準を含む小売基準の実施状況を追跡する。

パートナー管理

• ネットワーク関連のすべてのトピックについて、ビジネスパートナーへの窓口担当者となる。

• ビジネスパートナーのネットワークおよびコンプライアンス担当者と定期的に連絡を取り、良好な関係を維持する。

• 本社のネットワークおよび市場サポートチームと連携し、パートナー/顧客の本社訪問を支援する。

ネットワーク管理:

• 市場におけるパートナーのパフォーマンスを監視する。

• 目標達成状況を監視する。パートナー向けボーナスプログラムの実施

• ビジネスパートナーのコンプライアンス状況を監視し、本社チームによるDD更新を支援する

ネットワーク戦略:

• 地域および市場別の中長期販売ネットワーク戦略の策定と実行のため、本社グローバルネットワークエクセレンスチームに情報を提供し、サポートする

インテリジェンスとデータベース管理

• パートナーがネットワークデータベース「Globenet」を最新情報で更新できるように支援する

• 市場情報データベースの構築に使用する市場情報(eモビリティエコシステム、市場要件、顧客行動、販売動向など)について、本社のクロスファンクショナルチームをサポートする

• 投資家ファクトブックの拡充を支援し、様々な市場における潜在的な投資家に関する十分なデータベースを構築する

コラボレーションとコミュニケーション:

• すべてのネットワークイニシアチブについて、本社ネットワーク部門と緊密に連携する

• 様々なトピックについて、ROの市場管理、トレーニングなどを含むクロスファンクショナルチームと連携する

コンプライアンスと誠実性:

• 会社および拠点全体のすべての規制およびガイドライン(コンプライアンス、安全、および(環境保護規制、労働時間規制等)

Job Summary:

Network Expert will be the main window person to the the business partners in the region for all network related topics. He/She would be responsible for monitoring the wholesale and retail network in the region through audits and tracking various KPI. He/She will support the HQ network functions in the preparation and implementation of the network strategy in the region.

Key Responsibilities

Retail Audits

• Perform dealership audits based on the checklist and guidelines provided by the Retail Standards, Consulting & Audit team at HQ

• Create an Audit report to be shared with the Partner and all the internal stakeholders

• Track the implementation of the retail standards including the eMobility standards in the markets

Partner Management

• Main window person to the business partners for all network related topics

• Maintain a regular contact and good relationship with the network and compliance responsible personnel of the business partner

• Facilitate any partner / customer visits to the HQ in collaboration with the HQ Network and Market Support teams

Network Management:

• Monitor the partner performance in the market

• Monitor the target achievement and bonus program implementation for the partners

• Monitor the compliance status of the business partners and support the HQ team to update the DD

Network Strategy:

• Provide information and support the HQ Global Network Excellence team to develop and implement regional and market wise, long and mid term sales network strategy

Intelligence & Database Management

• Ensure that the partners update "Globenet" the network database with up to date information

• Support the HQ cross-functional teams with market information to be used to develop the market intelligence database (eMobility ecosystem, market requirements, customer behaviour, sales trends etc.)

• Support HQ to enhance the investor factbook to create a sufficient database of possible investors for the various markets

Collaboration and Communication:

• Collaborate closely with the HQ Network function for all network initiatives

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including market management, training etc. at the RO for various topics

Compliance & Integrity:

• Comply with all company and location-wide regulations and guidelines (e.g., compliance, safety, and environmental protection regulations, working time regulations, etc.)
