- 市場戦略の実行と目標のモニタリング
• リージョナルオフィスと連携し、市場管理戦略および年間ビジネス目標の実行を支援。
• 市場ツールやダッシュボードを活用し、トレンドを監視し、パフォーマンスのギャップを特定。
• ビジネスプラン(BP)および月次ローリング予測(FC)の作成と進捗管理を支援。
• 市場の未開拓領域や用途別セグメントにおける成長機会を、マーケットマネジメント責任者の指導のもとで特定。
- 市場および業務の調整
• 担当地域の業績、リージョナルオフィス、ディストリビューターからの問い合わせ、社内コミュニケーションに関する日常業務を管理。
• 競合他社の動向や顧客トレンドをモニタリングし、地域のリーダーシップチームへインサイトを提供。
- 予測および受注管理
• リージョナルオフィスおよびディストリビューターと連携し、月次予測のタイムリーな提出を確保。
• 受注パイプライン、出荷状況、バックログを追跡し、差異を特定して解決を支援。
• ボリューム配分や出荷計画に関する承認書類の作成を実行。
- マーケティングキャンペーンと施策
• 市場プロモーションキャンペーンやGo-to-Market施策の企画・展開を支援。
• キャンペーンの成果をモニタリングし、リージョナルオフィス、ディストリビューター、顧客からのフィードバックを収集。
- レポート作成と分析
• 定期的な業績報告、ダッシュボード、レビュー用プレゼン資料の作成。
• 売上、マーケットシェア、ディストリビューターKPI、競合動向などの主要データを収集・分析し、パフォーマンスレビューに活用。
- コンプライアンスと部門連携
• 社内報告および関連書類が社内ポリシーやガイドラインに準拠していることを確認。
• アフターセールス、製品管理、財務などの他部門と連携し、ビジネス目標の達成を支援。
Key Responsibilities:
※The Candidate will be assigned to either Europe/Americas or MEA/APAC.
- Market Strategy Execution & Target Monitoring
• Support the implementation of market management strategies and annual business targets with regional offices
• Utilize market tools and dashboards to monitor trends and identify performance gaps.
• Assist in the preparation and tracking of the Business Plan (BP) and Monthly Rolling Forecast (FC).
• Contribute to identifying growth opportunities in white spots and application segments under the guidance of the Head of Market Management.
- Market & Operational Coordination
• Manage day-to-day operational tasks related to territory performance, regional office, distributor inquiries, and internal communications.
• Monitor competitor activities and customer trends, providing insights to the regional leadership team.
- Forecasting & Order Management
• Coordinate with regional offices and GDs to ensure timely submission of monthly forecasts.
• Track order pipeline, shipments, and backlog; identify discrepancies and support resolution efforts.
• Execute documentation for approvals related to volume allocation and shipment planning.
- Marketing Campaigns & Initiatives
• Assist in the planning and execution of market promotion campaigns and go-to-market initiatives.
• Monitor campaign performance and collect feedback from regional offices, distributors, and customers.
- Reporting & Analysis
• Prepare regular performance reports, dashboards, and review presentations.
• Gather and analyze data across key areas including sales, market share, distributor KPIs, and competitor activities for performance reviews.
- Compliance & Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Ensure all documentation and internal reporting comply with company policies and guidelines.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as After Sales, Product Management, and Finance to support business objectives.
