The Role
金融サービスの提供に求められる、ミッションクリティカルシステムの基盤構築・保守を担います。統括PMのもと、基盤リーダーとしてお客様やパートナーメンバーを主体的にリードし、タスクを遂行し、課題を改善し、システムの安定稼働に貢献いただきます。
キンドリルのインフラストラクチャー・スペシャリストは、インフラストラクチャー全般におけるプロジェクト・ベースの対象分野の専門家です。分析の提供、引き継ぎのための作業の文書化・図表化、タイムリーなソリューションの提供、および一般的に「必要なことを把握する」ことに優れています。 これは実践的な役割であり、システムとその環境との間の対話を感じ取ることが、すべてのお客様にとって非常に重要なことになります。
この役割には2つの側面があります。1つ目は、現行のプロジェクトに関与して技術的な問題などを分析し、ソリューションを提案し、テスト、変更、自動化、システムを統合することです。 2つ目は、ITインフラストラクチャーと運用についての長期的で戦略的な計画を策定することです。 この役割は特定のプラットフォームに限定されるものではないため、すべてのプラットフォームについての十分な知識が必要です。 そのため、キンドリルでは他社では得られないようなさまざまな経験と成長の機会があります。

必要なテクニカルおよびプロフェッショナル経験
• 特定の技術分野(例: ソフトウェア開発、クラウド・コンピューティング、システム・エンジニアリング、インフラストラクチャー、セキュリティー、ネットワーキング、データと分析)における深い専門知識
• エンタープライズITアプリケーションの経験
• ソフトウェア開発、DevOpsエンジニアリング、システム管理、パブリッククラウドAWSドメインのシステム・アーキテクチャーのうち、少なくとも1つの実務経験
•WindowsおよびLinuxオペレーティング・システムの深い知識
• エンジニアリング・ソリューションの推進および複数のチーム全体で業務を行った経験
• 目標を計画し達成するための豊富な経験と判断力
• 一般的なルールを特定の問題に応用し、結論と対応を導き出す能力。
• 口頭および文書の両方で効果的なコミュニケーションが行える能力
• 強力なプロセス改善経験
望ましいテクニカルおよびプロフェッショナル経験
• Amazonクラウド・ホスティング・アーキテクチャーの深い知識。AWSとAzureの経験もあればなおよい。
• 優れた判断力と意思決定能力
• さまざまなITの概念、プラクティス、プロシージャーに精通していること
• 精密な技術計画、青図面、製図、モデルの作成にかかわる設計技法、ツール、基本の知識
• 問題に対する代替ソリューション、結論、アプローチの利点と欠点を識別するための論理と根拠を示す能力
• 細心の注意力で優れた分析と問題解決を行うスキル
