①ホテル・学校・工場などの建物補修・補強工事の施工管理全般

②協力業者との連携・指示および発注業務の遂行

③施工図の作成・確認・補助作業

④現場における安全・原価・品質・工程・環境の総合管理

当社の耐震補強事業と再生建築「耐震Reビルド」事業の2本柱を支える重要な職務です。工事部は11名体制で、責任者と主任計4名がメンバーの成長に寄り添い、公平に評価する体制を整えています。

工期は平均6ヶ月ですが、長期案件では2~3年にわたるプロジェクトもあり、腰を据えて成長できる環境です。経験者は当社の工法・手順を学んだ後、早期に責任者として案件をお任せします。

8:00~17:00(休憩1時間00分)

固定残業代あり:月給¥410,000以上は1か月当たりの固定残業代¥33,600(20時間相当分)を含む。20時間を超える残業代は追加で支給する。

・日帰出張日当:1,500円~

・宿泊日当:3,000円~

・役職手当(課長職:75,000円、次長職:90,000円、部長職:110,000円)

・長期出張時帰省交通費:月2回まで

・家族手当(配偶者:10,000円、子1人につき:5,000円)

・交通費(月上限50,000円)
