平日だけ × 昼~夕方の見守りワーク

品川区にある、

放課後児童クラブでのお仕事です。

子どもたちの安全を見守る

学童保育サポートスタッフ募集

  • 平日のみ・週3日~無理なく勤務
  • 13時過ぎからの短時間で家事と両立
  • 見守り中心の業務ブランク明けも安心
  • 残業ほぼなしで夕方には退勤
  • 資格取得支援ありで将来にもプラス

お仕事内容

小学生が放課後を安心して

過ごせるようサポートするお仕事です。

  • 子どもたちの遊びの提案
  • おやつ時間の対応
  • お迎え時の保護者対応
  • 施設内の簡単な整理整頓
  • イベントの運営

常に付きっきりではなく

「見守る」スタイルが中心です

【 施設利用者について 】

小学1年生~6年生で、

1日あたり50~70人程

1日のスケジュール例

  • 13:15/出勤・ミーティング

当日の運営スケジュール確認や、

前日までの子どもたちの様子を、

出勤している全員で共有します。

  • 14:00/下校スタート・受付開始

来館した子どもの帰宅時間の

申告受付をします。

子ども達が室内や校庭で過ごす

時間を見守り・配慮します。

  • 17:00/間食

17時以降に残る子どもたちは

間食・おやつの時間があるので、

配布や見守りを担当します。

  • 18:00~18:15/お迎え対応・退勤

18時以降は延長保育となり

保護者様のお迎えがあります。
