仕事内容:

クラウド領域の案件増加に伴い、クラウドAWSクラウドインフラの要件定義~開発・実装を担うクラウド開発エンジニアを募集します。

経験やスキル、ご志向性に応じて最適な業務をお任せしていきます

以下はプロジェクトの一例です。

・太陽ホールディングスグループのDXプロジェクト

・AWS Snowファミリーを利用した大規模データの活用プロジェクト

・AWSを利用したコンテンツ配信やストリーミング等の映像プロジェクト

・運輸・物流業/クレーンの故障予測

・異常検知のAI分析プロジェクト

・航空宇宙業/宇宙ステーションの実証実験環境の構築 など

【働き方】

本募集では、AWSに特化したチームへ参画いただける方を求めております。

■一度に受け持つ案件数:1人当たり2~3案件

■マネジメント人数:約20名以下(社内メンバー5名程度、BP10名~15名程度)

【業務内容の変更の範囲】当社業務全般

若手をリードできる中軸人材やクラウド開発を推進できる人材を募集します。

急成長クラウド事業で、2~3年経験でもアーキテクト級の案件を担当可能。

経験やスキル、ご志向性に応じて最適な業務をお任せしていきます。

AWSに強い興味のある方、すでにAWSの案件で活躍できる方を歓迎します。

【具体的な業務内容】

AWSを活用したシステムの設計・構築・運用を中心に、スキルに応じて幅広い業務をお任せします。

まずはAWS環境の構築や運用からスタートし、経験を積みながら設計・提案などの上流工程にも挑戦可能です。

・AWS環境の構築・運用(EC2、RDS、S3、VPCなど)

・IaCによる環境構築自動化(CloudFormation、Terraform など)

・モニタリングやセキュリティ対策(CloudWatch、GuradDuty, Trusted Advisorなど)

・サーバーレス構成の導入支援(Lambda、API Gateway など)

・CI/CDパイプラインの構築(CodePipeline、GitHub Actionsなど)

また、AWS主催イベント・パートナーセッションへの参加や社内勉強会を通し、AWS資格取得支援によるスキルアップを推進しています。

・大手グループ企業のDX推進プロジェクト

・生成AIとAWSを組み合わせた自然言語解析や画像認識のシステム

・映像配信・ストリーミング基盤の設計・実装

・運輸・物流業/AIによる故障予測・異常検知システム

・自社プロダクトのAWS環境構築支援

【組織構成】

現在15名で、20~30代が中心。

女性のエンジニアも多く活躍しており、メンバー全員がAWS資格を保有しております。

【働き方】

・一度に受け持つ案件数:1人当たり1~3案件

・基本的には池袋本社での勤務を想定しております。

※現在メンバーの9割以上が池袋本社勤務です。

※プロジェクトによっては勤務地が変更となる可能性があります。

・在宅勤務頻度:月2~3日

求める人材:

<必須条件>

・WEBアプリケーションの開発経験(目安1年以上)

・AWSを利用したクラウド案件参画のご経験

<歓迎条件>

・、、React、TypeScriptなどのご経験

・Pythonを利用したデータ分析(AI・機械学習)のご経験

・CI/CD環境の構築・運用経験

・DevOps環境の構築・運用経験

・CDK、CloudFormasion、TerraformなどIaCのご経験

・Lambda、ECS、ApiGatewayなどサーバレス開発のご経験

勤務時間・曜日:

標準労働時間(1日):7時間30分

コアタイム:11:00~16:00

フレキシブルタイム:7:30~11:00、16:00~20:00

※試用期間中は9:30~18:00の固定労働時間制を適用

※プロジェクト先により異なる

休暇・休日:

年間125日(土日・祝日・夏季・年末年始)

屋内禁煙(屋内喫煙可能場所あり)

給与:

固定残業代あり:月給 ¥420,000 〜 ¥795,000は1か月当たりの固定残業代¥79,500〜¥150,500(30時間相当分)を含む。30時間を超える残業代は追加で支給する。
