業務内容
ユーザーエクスペリエンス(UX)デザイン ● ユーザーフローやアプリ内ナビゲーション構造の定義・ドキュメント化 ● UXコンセプトを明確にえるワイヤーフレーム、インタラクション図、プロトタイプの作成 ● ユーザー視点での課題(フリクションポイント)の特定と、洗練された解決策の提案 ● プロダクトチームや開発チームと連携し、UXをビジネス・技術目標と整合
ユーザーインターフェース(UI)アート & デザイン ● Photoshopを用いた洗練されたモックアップ、画面、UIコンポーネントのデザイン ● ユーザーの反応やエンゲージメントを高めるUIインタラクションやマイクロトランジションのアニメーション化 ● モバイル全体でのビジュアルの一貫性とアクセシビリティの維持 ● Unity実装に合わせた、実制作可能なアセットや挙動の納品 ● AIツールを活用したビジュアルの完成度の向上、制作パイプラインの効率化。
Unityでの統合 ● Unity UIシステム(Canvas、RectTransform、Animatorなど)を用いたUI要素の実装と調整 ● アセット構造、解像度非依存、パフォーマンス最適化に関するベストプラクティスの理解と適用 ● 整理されたアートやプレハブアセットでプルリクエストを作成・管理 ● エンジニアと密に連携し、UIのゲームプレイやアプリケーションロジックへのスムーズな統合を実現
応募条件
● モバイルアプリ向けUX/UIデザインの実務経験3年以上 ● Unity UIシステム(プレハブ、Canvas、アニメーション)での実務経験2年以上 ● Adobe Photoshopでの実務経験3年以上 ● Figma(または同等ツール)でのプロトタイピング、ビジュアルデザイン、コラボレーションの経験 ● ユーザーフローの定義・共有・改善の実績 ● Gitによるバージョン管理に関する知識 ● Unityプロジェクトにおけるアートアセットの整理やパイプラインへの配慮 ● 他部署と円滑に連携できる高いコミュニケーション能力と協働姿勢
歓迎スキル
