Q. どんな施設ですか?

A. 静清リハビリテーション病院での看護助手として、病棟で患者様のケアに携わるお仕事です。

Q. 具体的に何をするの?

A. 患者様の食事介助、入浴介助、ベッドメイク、衛生管理、看護記録などが主な業務です。看護師と連携して患者様の日常生活をサポートします。

Q. 勤務時間はどうなっていますか?

A. シフト制で日勤・夜勤があります。日勤は7:30~、8:30~、9:00~、10:00~の各パターン、夜勤は17:00~翌9:00です。1ヶ月単位の変形労働時間制で、時間外は月10時間程度です。

Q. 未経験でも大丈夫?

A. 未経験・資格なしの方も歓迎です。外部講師による介護福祉士やケアマネージャーの取得支援、年3回の研修費用援助制度、医療ケア研修など、充実したサポート体制があります。
