工場施設管理エンジニア / Facility Engineer
Our Team
マニュファクチャリングサービスグループはEHS、施設管理、総務の3つから構成されています。
施設管理チームは、建屋や工場設備の維持管理と工事案件のリードを、EHSチームは、監査を含む安全衛生、環境に関する業務のリードを、総務チームは、社員サービスを通じて働きやすい職場環境の維持管理が役割です。それぞれがお互いに連携しながら、工場の安定稼働、職場環境の維持改善に貢献します。
施設管理チームは、工場全体の建屋や工場内のエアコンプレッサー、空調等、工場建築物の維持管理を担っています。建屋や受変電設備といった大型案件の長期的な維持管理、修繕、更新計画の策定、実施を通じて、エネルギー効率改善、職場環境改善、従業員体験の向上を実現いただきます。監査対応を通じてISO等の国際規格に関する知識を深め、海外拠点のチームメンバーと協業するといった、日本国内にとどまらない成長の機会が有ります。
What You Will Do
工場建屋を基盤とした各種設備(電気・空調・ユーティリティ等)の維持管理業務
・特別高圧変電設備の点検及び維持管理
・工場内のコンプレッサー、空調等の維持管理
・工場建築物の維持管理
・OHSMS(ISO45001)対応、CSR対応、ISO14001対応
・エネルギー改善活動など
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
・工場、倉庫、大規模商業施設等における施設管理のご経験
・電気主任技術者2種の資格
・会社の理念・価値観に共感し、誠実で、ステークホルダーと良好な関係を築けるチームワーク力、他者の成功を支援するための自発的な行動力
・日本語:
母国語レベル、ビジネス上級レベル
