基本医師との2人体制で訪問し、治療・医療提供にあたっていただきます。

運転をおまかせするため、正看護師免許に加えて普通免許も必須となります*

【仕事内容】


高齢者施設や個人宅への訪問診療をお願いします。

[訪問エリア]

大阪市内、北摂方面

*1日に2〜3箇所(10〜20名程度)の訪問

*移動には自家用車(別途手当あり)または社用車を使用

【具体的には…】

・健康状態の観察や助言、疾病予防

・日常生活の看護

・褥瘡(じょくそう)の予防や処置

・認知症と精神疾患のケア

・服薬管理

・指示書や自立支援などの書類作成業務

など

※基本的には看護師が運転し、医師と2名で往診(単独による訪問の場合あり)

〇電子カルテを利用

〇施設様との連絡はLINEやChatworkを使用

〇オンコール対応あり(交代制、土・日・祝対応もあり)

先輩看護師による指導やサポートを受けられるため、訪問未経験の方でも安心して働けます*

・普通自動車運転免許(AT限定可)

  • 一般看護師

年収480万円~(賞与年2回含む)

月給358,800円~

※給与には固定残業代62,000円(40時間分。超過分は別途支給)含む

※年収はオンコール手当7回実施を基本として計算
