資格
・5年以上の人事領域における経験
・優れた分析力とコミュニケーション能力を持ち、複雑な従業員関係の問題を迅速かつスマートに、自律的に解決できる能力を有する
・組織全体のポジティブな行動を促し、モチベーションを高め、影響を与え、他の人事チームと協力して働くことができる
・優れた分析力を持ち、数字や事実に基づいた説得力ある仮説に基づき、課題を自律的に解決できる
・英語でのコミュニケーションができる(会議、プレゼンテーションの実施)
・HRビジネスパートナーとしての経験
・複数の進行中の問題や複雑な従業員関連事項を管理し、優れたフォローアップを行うことができる高度な自立性と成熟度を有する
