  • 仕事内容

採用業務全般をお任せします。

日常でよく目にする飲料を

日本中に届けるドライバーの

採用から内定、入社後フォローまで

一貫して担当していただきます。

昨年実績は180名多くの求職者の

採用活動に関わるお仕事です。

【具体的には】

・求人媒体の選定、掲載

・採用率、入社率をを上げるための

応募者データの分析や改善施策

・面接の実施(対面・オンライン)

・職場見学、交流会などの企画、運営

・定着促進施策の立案、運営

などをお願いします。

勤務時間詳細


実働時間:1日あたり8時間

平均勤務日数:1ヶ月あたり20日

8:30~17:30

(実働8時間、休憩1時間)

  • 毎週水曜日はノー残業デー

給与詳細


基本給:月給 27万円 〜

固定残業代:なし

【一律手当】

全員に一律で支払われる通勤・皆勤・家族手当金額:なし

全員に一律で支払われるその他手当金額:なし

・交通費支給(月5万円まで)

・賞与:年2回(6月、12月)

・昇給:年1回

・残業代全額支給

年収400万円~500万円
