生コンクリートを現場に運搬する業務。

※ミキサー車を使用(中型)

※1日3~4便程度で運行。市内中心で近場

が多く、遠くても片道40分程度です。

遠距離・泊まりでの業務はナシ

求めている人材

  • トラック(MT車)乗務経験(3年以上)のある方
  • 要中型自動車免許(8t限定可)

年齢の条件と理由:あり(例外事由1号・60歳未満(定年のため))

総労働時間:1年あたり1980時間

勤務時間8:00~16:30

皆さん16:30にはほぼピッタリ退勤

18:00頃までの勤務は月1~2回程度

休日休暇


休日:日曜・祝日・第2土曜・第4土曜・お盆・年末年始+有給休暇 年間休日101日

2026年4月以降 年間休日117日予定

※基本給・固定残業代・一律手当の総額

基本給:月給 27万5000円

固定残業代:あり

1ヶ月あたり1万420円(固定残業時間:1ヶ月あたり5時間)

固定残業時間を超えた勤務時間については別途残業代を支給する

全員に一律で支払われる通勤・皆勤・家族手当金額:あり

1ヶ月あたり3900円 〜 1万3000円

全員に一律で支払われるその他手当金額:なし

給与例


給与には小型乗務手当35000円,固定時間外手当(5h分)10420円を含む(超過分は別途支給あり)
