業務内容
サーマル分野の新製品の工程・生産技術開発に社内外の専門家や関連部門と連携して推進いただきます。製品開発の最上流での議論を通じて、競争力ある製品、作りやすい製品の切り口を明らかにし、工程・工法や要素技術を開発推進します。新製品にはBEV向けサーマルマネジメントのモジュール製品、熱交換器、バルブやSOFCといった新分野まで多岐にわたるテーマがあります。

サーマル生産技術開発部
製造基盤開発室では将来のサーマル事業の新製品とその生産技術の開発に取り組んでいます。室としては総勢75名が所属しており、新製品・生産技術開発の最上流の職場として製品・工程構想、戦略立案、新製品開発を担う技術者から試作・特殊加工開発を担う技能者まで幅広くかつ高度な専門性を持つスペシャリストの集まる職場です。

前職とは仕事内容や考え方が大きく異なり、入社当初は戸惑いが大きかったのですが、周りの方々のサポートのおかげで、仕事に慣れ、戸惑いも解消されてきています。

応募資格
・製造、工程設計・生産技術開発または機械製品の設計・開発の経験3年以上
・関係者や専門家を巻き込み意欲的に開発を取り組める方
・技術者として原理原則に基づいて新しいアイデアを構想、実現に向けて取り組む方
・新たな領域にチャレンジして取り組める方
・英語力:海外拠点と英語資料による製品、工程や生産技術のコミュニケーションができる(TOEIC600点相当以上)
待遇
想定年収:650万円~1,430万円
※給与は経験・能力を考慮の上決定します。
