仕事内容:

お任せしたいお仕事は、社会保険労務士事務所(社労士事務所)での補助事務です。

社会保険労務士の仕事は、社会保険手続き(健康保険証の発行手続きなど)、労働保険手続き(雇用保険の加入手続きなど)、労務書類の作成(雇用契約書、就業規則など会社のルール作りなど)、給与計算(会社からタイムカードをもらって働いた時間を計算するなど)その他、会社からの社会保険や労務トラブルに対する相談など、社労士業務に関する仕事の補助事務です。会社の人事総務部門のバックオフィスとして、企業の発展を支える仕事です。

社労士事務所で勤務したことが無い方でも、簡単なパソコン操作が可能であれば、各種手続きの電子申請を行うことが出来ますし、社労士資格をお持ちの方でなくても、法律に基づいた給与計算のルールを丁寧にお教えしますので、仕事ができると思います。

社労士事務所と聞くと、労基法の知識を持って労務の相談に対応しなければならないと考えて躊躇されると思いますが、労務相談の9割以上は代表社労士が対応しますので、資格を取ったばかりで労務相談は苦手、資格を持っていなくて労務相談なんて難しいといった方も、安心して働くことができます。

【1日の仕事の流れ例】

9:00 出社・メールチェック

顧問先企業から届いた書類や連絡を確認し、対応内容を整理します。

10:00 お客様からの電話対応

社会保険や労務手続きに関する簡単な問い合わせに対応。難しい相談は代表社労士が対応するので安心です。

11:00 社会保険・労働保険の手続き

健康保険や雇用保険の資格取得・喪失手続きを電子申請で進めます。マニュアル完備なので未経験でも大丈夫

12:00 昼休憩

13:00 給与計算補助

顧問先から届いた勤怠データを確認し、給与計算ソフトに入力。社会保険料や雇用保険料の控除もチェックします。

15:00 書類作成・ファイリング

雇用契約書や就業規則の改訂補助、助成金申請書類の準備などを行います。

17:00 翌日の業務準備・退社

進捗を確認し、翌日のタスクを整理。残業はほとんどありません。

【変更の範囲】事務所の定める社会保険労務士業の補助業務

アピールポイント:

当事務所では、企業様から労働保険や社会保険の手続き、給与計算だけでなく、就業規則や労働契約書の作成、働き方の見直しなどのコンサルティングも行っております。また、当事務所は、人材サービスに強い社労士事務所ですが、IT,美容、病院、建設、運送、弁護士事務所等様々な企業様からご依頼をいただいております。

残業はほとんどありません。また、勤務開始時間の調整や時差出勤も可能ですので、資格取得の勉強時間や、育児家事と両立して働くことができます。

社会保険労務士事務所に対する企業様からのニーズは高く、当事務所も開業11年ほどのまだまだ新しい事務所ではありますが、規模を拡大しておりますので、一緒に事務所を発展させていただければ嬉しいです。

求める人材:

・未経験者を積極的に採用しています。

・社労士資格をお持ちの方や、社労士事務所での経験をお持ちの方は、入社時の基本給を優遇します。

・学歴は問いません。

・オフィスソフトの基本的な操作が可能であれば十分です。

・社会保険労務士資格の有無は問いません。

・社会保険労務士になりたいという方には、資格取得支援を行い、勉強の方法や教科書など支援いたします。

・お仕事は丁寧にお教えしますので安心してお仕事ができるかと思います。

・有期契約からのスタートですが正規雇用転換制度もあります。

・労働時間は、資格学校やご家庭の事情に合わせてご相談ください。

・産休育休取得実績がありますし。育児介護等に応じてテレワークを実施することもありますので、長く安定して勤務して頂くことが可能です。

・服装は華美にならない程度で自由な服で勤務可能です。髪型、髪の色も自由で、ネイルも禁止していません。

・看護師やキャビンアテンダントから転職して入職された方やお花屋さんから転職した方も働かれていますので、どんなお仕事からの転職でも大丈夫です。

・現在パートで勤務されている方もいますので、ご家庭の事情に合わせて勤務できるかと思います。

・社労士は人と企業を支える一生の仕事ですので、第二新卒の方もチャレンジしてみてください。

勤務時間・曜日:

【パート・アルバイト】

シフト制

休日 週2日~週5日(1日4時間~8時間労働)

勤務時間 9:00~18:00(このうち4時間~8時間)

※始業及び終業時間は、資格学校のスケジュールやご家庭の事情等に合わせて前後ご相談ください。

※時間外労働はほとんどありません。休日出勤はありません。

休暇・休日:

休日:土日祝日、年末年始休日

勤務日は、週2~5日で1日4時間~7時間の勤務シフトによって決めます。基本的には、1か月で勤務シフトを決めますが、お子様の参観日や必要がある場合は、週1シフト制度によって、1週間前にお休みの希望を聞いて勤務していただいています。

給与:

基本給

通勤手当(上限15,000円)

昇給 年1回

賞与 勤務成績及び業績に応じて支給します。

社労士試験を受験される方には、テキスト等を支援します。

その他:

当事務所は、設立9年目の事務所です。社労士事務所としてまだまだ若い小さな事務所ですので、色々な事に挑戦しながらお仕事ができると思います。皆様のこれまでの経験を活かして活躍していただけると嬉しいです。
