【動画制作/動画編集ディレクター/SNS運用】経験者正社員登用制度有

大手アパレル/美容業/不動産業/建設業/中小企業などの多種多様な案件を手掛ける当社にて、企業のコンセプトムービーやSNSショートムービー、YouTube動画制作などの制作・編集ディレクション、SNS運用等を行います

  • 動画制作・編集ディレクションのみ行うのではなく、WEBディレクター/SNS運用ディレクターの業務も行います。動画制作は社内の別部署が担当しています。

  • 先輩社員と共に案件を伴走しながらOJTで業務を覚えていただきます。

  • チームで動くことを非常に大事にしているため、色々な方の意見を取り入れながら、案件を進めていくことが可能です。スピード感をもって自分自身のスキルを磨いていただける環境がございます。

求める人材

【必須】

  • 法人営業のご経験(目安:3年以上)

  • ご自身の知識や経験などを顧客の事業発展に活かしていきたい方

  • 運転免許

WEBディレクター経験がある方歓迎

下記の金額は賞与2回分を含めた概算金額となっております。

6月決算賞与は、会社業績、個人業績、勤務態度、能力、期待値に応じ決定するため、あくまでも概算の給与となっております。

また、未経験者については、入社時期によって賞与の回数が異なります。

  • 360万円(月/300,000円)

月給:300,000円

基本給:242,000円

固定残業代(45h):61,000円

※上記は概算となります。

昨年の6月と12月の賞与(100%達成程度のメンバーから概算)=2.5カ月分で算出
