【職務概要】

「MyRefer」を導入された日本を代表する企業に対し、顧客のリファラル採用を最大化するための施策提案、コンサルティングのご提案をしていただきます。

より多くの社員を巻き込み、いかに社員に自社をおすすめしてもらえるかについて、人事部の推進者とタッグを組み、伴走支援を実施していきます。

【職務詳細】

■ナショナルクライアントの本社を含むグループ全体の顧客のリファラル採用活性化、エンゲージメント最大化、カルチャー変革のためのコンサルティング

■利用企業の満足度向上と「MyRefer」の受注金額最大化の双方を実現するための

新企画の開発や新しいコンサルティングの型の創出

■社内にて立ち上がる新規サービス導入のための顧客提案、ユーザーインサイト特定

■顧客が学び合うユーザーコミュニティなどの企画と実行

■1000社100万人の利用データを用いたCS組織のコンサル戦略立案と実行

■その他全社横断でのオーナーシップ業務 etc..

【必須】以下いずれかのご経験をお持ちの方

HR領域における総合提案(新規/既存問わず)経験者(3年以上)

法人営業経験(5年以上)に加え、大手企業に対するソリューション提案経験をお持ちの方

組織人事領域のコンサルティング・プロジェクトマネジメント推進経験者(3年以上)

■MyRefer・・・・リファラル採用

リファラル採用の導入・制度設計、社内へのプロモーションまで一気通貫で伴走支援

■MyTalent ・・ タレントプール採用

面接辞退者など、将来に採用可能性がある候補者情報を資産化して関係を維持する採用手法

■MyBrand・・・ 自社メディア採用

社員、求職者アンケート調査によるブランドリサーチ、EVPフレームワークに則ったコンサルティング。その後コンテンツ作成支援、採用を内製化する採用DXプラットフォーム。

【給与】

年収:600万~950万程度

月給制:月額250000円

給与:基本給月25万円+時間外勤務手当+年間2回の賞与にて算出

賞与:年2回(6月・12月)

昇給:年2回

【勤務地】

東京都新宿区神楽坂4-8 神楽坂プラザビル

JR総武線/東京メトロ東西線・有楽町線・南北線/都営地下鉄大江戸線「飯田橋」駅徒歩8分

勤務地変更の範囲:東京本社または労働者の自宅
