グローバルカスタマーエクスペリエンス・アドバンストサービス部門の一員として、東京のHPE拠点や顧客・パートナーオフィスで、リモートまたはオンサイトテクニカルサポートとして顧客(サービスプロバイダ)の大規模ネットワーク運用を技術サポートし、ネットワーク技術ならびに製品固有の専門知識を活用した付加価値サービスを提供します。

主な業務内容

• 顧客およびJTACと連携し、ネットワークやHPE Networking製機器の問題を解決
• 設計・情報収集ワークショップの開催、ネットワーク要件の把握
• 新機能やパッチのテスト、ライブネットワークへの実装と検証
• 定期的な問題状況レポート作成(日本語)、技術ワークショップ開催
• 顧客担当者へのHPE製品操作トレーニング、運用手順策定支援
• 社内外関係者と協力し、技術・ビジネス要件に基づくソリューション提供
• 少人数チームで協力し、業界トップレベルの技術サービスを提供
• 営業やエンジニアと協力して、顧客のニーズを理解しHPE のサービスを適切に提案

必要な知識・スキル

(必須)

• ネットワーク技術(TCP/IP、MPLS、SDN/NFV、OSPF、IS-IS、BGP、Multicast、Ethernet)
• CCNPレベルのネットワーク知識
• 英語(ビジネスレベル)、日本語(ネイティブ)

(あると望ましい)

• Junos OS、MX/PTXシリーズ、テストツール(IXIA等)、ルータHWアーキテクチャ、スクリプト・自動化経験
• 分析力および問題解決力、書面および口頭でのコミュニケーション能力

経験

• 論理的なトラブルシューティング経験
• ネットワーク機器ベンダ、サービスプロバイダ、または関連業務で3年程度の経験
• 設計、コンサルティング、プレゼンテーションの実務経験
