データの活用やセキュリティ対策におけるムダな作業=労苦が発生しているプロセスをシンプルにしたい。

そんな想いから生まれたのが、Reckoner(レコナー)、Securify(セキュリファイ)です。

・3ステップのマウス操作で誰でも簡単にデータの集約、加工、連携ができ、業務効率化やデータ活用を実現できる「Reckoner」

・企業活動に大きなダメージを与えるサイバー攻撃を防ぐセキュリティ対策を、エンジニアでなくても簡単にできる「Securify」

今回は、ReckonerとSecurifyの事業拡大を担うフィールドセールスを募集いたします。

フィールドセールスのメンバーは、現在7名です。将来的にはThe Model型の営業組織を目指していますが、今はまだ、効果的な手法や自分たちにあったやり方を模索している段階。そこで、インサイドセールスやパートナー開拓の要素を取り入れたり、セールス側からプロダクトの改善提案をしたりなどさまざまな取り組みをしており、幅広い仕事にチャレンジできます。

また、安定的なサービス提供や継続的なサービスの改善・拡充などITサービスの信頼性を高める支援をする「SRE支援事業」やフリーランスのITエンジニアに特化した人材紹介など、複数のサービスへのアップセル・クロスセルも可能。プロダクト、開発・運用、人材まで、ITに精通したセールスへステップアップを目指せます。

■具体的な業務内容

クラウド型データ連携プラットフォーム事業「Reckoner」、クラウド型Webセキュリティ診断ツール「Securify」のセールスをお任せいたします。課題の発見・把握?課題解決に向けたソリューション(サービスや運用方法)の提案、コンサルティングまで、データ活用やセキュリティにおける課題解決がミッションとなります。

・インサイドセールスが案件化した(アポ取得済みの)クライアントへの訪問・商談

・クライアントのビジネスおよび課題の発見・把握と整理、適切なサービスの提案

・GAP(現状)分析?課題解決のためのコンサルティング

・意思決定に関わるキーパーソンへの提案機会獲得とプレゼンテーション

・顧客体験を向上させるプロダクトの改善提案、開発チームやマーケ担当との連携 など

勤務時間・曜日:

10:00~19:00

■就業時間:10:00~19:00(休憩1時間)

フレックス制 コアタイム(12:00~16:00)

※在宅勤務を命じる場合あり

土日祝休み

年末年始休暇(6日間)

夏季休暇(3日間)

・122日+夏季3日間特別有休付与

・有休取得は入社初月から付与(入社月によって変動)

給与:

固定残業代あり:月給 ¥334,000以上は1か月当たりの固定残業代¥63,000(30時間相当分)を含む。30時間を超える残業代は追加で支給する。
