Job Description:

• Responsible for building and operating Kubota's production management system infrastructure, including infrastructure, jobs, and interfaces, utilizing the latest technologies of Azure and various infrastructure middleware.
• Initial tasks involve working within the infrastructure team to understand the business and management through construction and operation tasks. Eventually, assist the infrastructure team as a leader, leading around 10 infrastructure members, and handling negotiations with users and application SEs, service level management, infrastructure lifecycle planning for middleware version upgrades, among other responsibilities.

How the Job Progresses:

• Operations: Conduct standardized and non-standardized infrastructure tasks based on work requests from users and SEs. Address alerts from monitoring systems and handle fault responses. Focus on quality improvement through regular operation report creation and audit support.
• Construction: Plan infrastructure construction based on requirements such as RFP, and conduct personnel adjustments, scheduling, design, construction, and testing following the defined WBS during the planning phase.

Departments Involved: Various business departments, common foundation management departments, information systems departments, development departments, etc.

Number of Projects: Generally 1 project per team (large-scale construction and operation projects of Kubota's production management system only)

Team Structure: Progress with a team of around 10 members per project

Working Style: Engage in infrastructure construction and operation tasks divided into leader, technical, and operational roles. Work allocation considers task details and individual workload, with high communication frequency among team members. Remote work is possible, with team communication facilitated through chat, email, and web conferencing.

Tools Used: Windows Server, Linux (RHEL), Azure (IaaS), SQL Server, MQ, JP1, Zabbix, etc.

Average Overtime Hours: 30 hours

Experience and Skills Required:

• Required: Product knowledge in Windows Server, SQL Server. Experience in infrastructure design, construction, testing, and operation.
• Preferred: Product knowledge in Linux, MQ, JP1, Zabbix, Azure (IaaS), Shell scripts, various packages (Apriso, PowerCenter, etc.). Experience in IT service management system operation and management.

Educational Background: Bachelor's degree or higher

Languages: Basic conversational level or above is a plus
