■概要:
全国に1,500店舗以上を展開する高級宝飾時計商「おたからや」は、全国に店舗数・買取価格満足度ともに業界No.1の実績と、テレビCMやWebマーケティングによる抜群の集客力により、完全反響型の営業スタイルを実現しています。飛び込みやテレアポがない分接客に専念できるため、効率良く成果につなげていくことができます。
■業務内容:
◎来訪されたお客さまへの接客(1日5~6件)
「おたからや」にご来店されたお客さまへの接客対応。会話を楽しみ、ご提案しやすい雰囲気をつくりましょう。
◎買取のご案内
お客さまの大切な品物をお預かりし、種類や状態などを確認。
スマホで撮影し専門部署へ送ります。専門部署から鑑定結果がきたら、お客さまへ価格をお伝えします。
◎売上分析
どんな商品が売れるかなどを分析し、お客さまへの提案に活かします。
※ご利用のお客さまは、現在高騰中の金や高級腕時計・ブランド品などの現金化をご検討中の方。現状は相場高騰も拍車がかかり、お問い合わせは右肩上がりで増加中です。業界No.1のおたからやだからこそ【依頼件数とお客さまからの信頼】で成果もあげやすい環境です。

1人~2人で店舗の営業をするので人間関係を気にせずに業務に集中できる。
また、こうした方がいいなどのアイデア、改善提案などは上長に直接相談できる風通しの良い環境です。

おたからやは、高級宝飾・ブランド時計・バッグ等の商材を主力に買取サービスを取り扱う店舗及び、全国無料出張買取サービスを展開する事業です。
当社グループは現在業界最多の1,500店舗以上(加盟店、直営店を合わせて2025年8月時点)を展開中、今後5年以内に店舗数3000店達成を目標とし、さらなる発展を目指しております。

※有給消化率は85.7%※有給を含めると年間休日121日となります。
希望シフト制なので、ご自身のスケジュールに合わせ連休を取得することも可能です。
