【研修について】

店舗でのオペレーションを覚えることからスタート

・料理の盛り付け方

・レシピを見ながらの調理

・仕込み など

先輩社員が付きっきりで、優しく指導するから

未経験者も安心ですよ

その他、会社全体で行っている「衛生講習」もあり。

食材の取り扱いや、料理器具の使用方法などを学びます。

店舗により営業時間が異なります

実働8時間勤務/60分休憩

給与


月給 30万円~35万円

(固定残業代や一律手当を含む)

固定残業代:1ヶ月あたり7万500円~8万2250円(固定残業時間:45時間)

固定残業時間を超えた勤務時間については別途残業代を支給する

スキルや能力を考慮の上、当社規定により優遇します。

一律深夜手当1万5900円~1万8550円/50時間分含む

上記は残業・深夜勤務がない場合も支給し、

超過分は別途全額支給する

交通費:交通費支給

交通費規定支給(月15万円まで支給可)

360万円/一般職(26歳・入社1年目)/月給30万円

494万円/店長(29歳・入社2年目)/月給41万2000円

715万円/部門長(32歳・入社5年目)/月給59万6000円
