◆こんなお仕事です◆

Q. どんな営業スタイルですか?

A. ノルマなしで既存顧客中心の営業です。飛び込み営業は行わず、信頼関係を重視した提案営業を行います。

Q. 具体的に何をするの?

A. 受注生産品の営業として、商社やユーザーへの営業活動、見積業務、顧客との打ち合わせを通じた製品提案を行います。

Q. 未経験でも大丈夫?

A. 入社後約半年は社内で専門知識や工程管理を学び、その後3~6ヶ月程度は先輩と同行営業でサポートします。

Q. 出張はありますか?

A. 月1~2回程度の出張があります。担当エリアは西日本(関西~九州)で、各地域の市場特性を理解できます。
