【仕事内容】

転職、アルバイト・派遣、不動産など、人生の転換点に関わるサービスアプリの設計・開発・運用保守をお任せします。

・ユーザー体験の向上と顧客成長を促進するために、各サービスにおけるアプリサービスを加速

・プロデューサーやディレクターなどのメンバーと協調し、スマホアプリの継続的な開発/管理

・その他、アップデートなどに伴う追従、新機能の取り込み、技術提案など

※自社サービスでの開発のため、二次受けや客先常駐での作業はありません

約15名のエンジニア組織ですが、お互いに学び合い、切磋琢磨し合う文化が根付いています。

「イノベーションタイム」で週に1時間好きなことを勉強し、その内容をチームで共有する「成果報告会」を実施して知識のインプットを行っています。他にも週1回の勉強会や資格制度を設けており、技術・知識を高める取り組みを実施しています。

  • サービスごとのチーム編成

メインで携わるサービスごとに、エンジニアやデザイナー、プロデューサー、営業などあらゆる職種のメンバーでチームを構成しています。一人ひとりの日々日常の中にある疑問や不満、もっとこうしたほうがいいのでは?という気づきから、密に連携を取りつつ素早く新規プロダクト開発に行動を移しております。

10万円/月まで支給(最寄駅から2キロ超の場合は、バス代支給)

※勤務地から2㎞圏内の賃貸に住んでいる30歳以下の世帯主となる社員は家賃(管理費・共益費込み)が10万円未満は20,000円/月、10万円以上は30,000円/月を支給

※残業代補足:超過した時間外労働の残業手当は1分単位で追加支給
