【仕事内容】

【ミッション】

・大中規模の法人向けシステム開発プロジェクトにおいて、提案からリリースまでを一貫してマネジメント

・顧客・パートナー・開発チームの橋渡し役として、プロジェクトをリードしながら、技術的・組織的な複雑性を乗り越え、プロジェクトを高品質かつ円滑に成功へ導きます

【主な業務】

・法人向けシステム開発プロジェクトの立ち上げ、計画、実行、完了に至る全フェーズのマネジメント

・顧客との要件調整、進捗報告、品質管理、契約・コスト調整などの対外折衝

・社内外のエンジニア・パートナーとの連携、チームビルディング、技術・体制面の調整・統制

【具体的な業務】

・顧客要求・ビジネス課題に応じたプロジェクト計画の策定(スケジュール、体制、WBSなど)

・提案フェーズでの提案書作成、プレゼンテーション、契約交渉支援

・プロジェクト実行中の課題・リスク管理、進捗確認、コスト/品質/納期の管理

・データ活用基盤構築、生成AIを活用したアプリ開発、オンプレミスからクラウド移行など、先端技術を含む案件の主導

・トラブル発生時の対応方針策定、関係者調整、再発防止策の立案

・成果物レビューおよびプロジェクト評価・振り返りの実施

【求める人材】

<求めるスキル、経験【必須】>

・法人向けの大中規模システム開発におけるプロジェクトマネジメント経験(目安:5年以上)

・顧客との要件調整、提案活動、契約・スケジュール・コスト管理などの折衝経験

・複数の関係者(顧客、社内、外部パートナーなど)との連携を要するプロジェクトの主導経験

・トラブル発生時の論理的な対処、再発防止策の立案・実行経験

・提案書、計画書、進捗報告書、設計書などのドキュメント作成スキル

・アプリケーション開発・インフラ構築・クラウド導入などいずれかのIT技術領域に対する理解
